Character Status is a set of dynamic attributes affecting their wellbeing and overall effectiveness. You can check your character Status while viewing an overworld map. Some attributes may debuff a character, or limit their options in dialogues.

Attributes

General

  • Food — a key resource for progression. You spend some food to move to the next location, scout the area and rest. When you're out of food some random event may save you, otherwise you get a Game Over. Food is collected by looting food caches (they appear more frequently if your scouting is high), sleeping in an inn, during some encounters like with flocking Harpies, or by buying it from merchants. Note that companions spend 1 additional food point each. Hunger Charm reduces food consumption for 1 point.
  • Health — is lost when being attacked in a battle. 0 health results in losing a fight, but not dying. Low health debuffs physical stats. It's completely restored when sleeping in an inn, another efficient way of replenishing it is resting in the overworld on a tile that has a fire icon (+20 health for each time).
  • Level — can be the current and reserved. Per every level used you get one perk point and one skill point, and soul crystal if you're capable in magic. Levels are gained when you gather experience, usually per 10 EXP you gain 1 level until you obtain 10 levels. Then it's one per 25. You get experience for winning in battle or having... other experiences.
  • Willpower — is a resource to resist temptations. Can be spent in a bunch of encounters, and earned similarly.
  • Gold — a resource for buying things, usually equipment, or staying in an inn. The Beginning Bonuses can provide a character with some starting coins. Some quests reward you with significant summs. Some encounters give you an opportunity to earn cache. Gold can be farmed on Arena or by finding Hunger Charms, but this is pretty time-consuming.
  • Debt — taking a lot of money from a bank will get you in trouble, specifically meeting Puca.

Lewd

Something you won't need to care about unless you have a lot of fun.

  • Dignity — your honor basically. Has 9 ranks, 100 points each. The more the character was humiliated, the more Dignity will they lose. Having no Dignity will result in a Game Over when meeting the Dark Knight, but generally it is checked rarely. It can be gained by defeating opponents ordinary way.
  • Purity — keeps a player away from the Slutty dialogue options, in a few cases from locking completely on them. It also has 9 ranks and is lost similarly by making very impure actions. What is considered impure depends on situation. Getting facesitted or giving handy doesn't seem to deprave a character whatsoever. The Purity can't be recovered.
  • Stomach state — either ”empty”, or full with something sticky/someone's eggs/both. Getting your guts pumped will debuff your Agility. While the first kind of problem can be solved by dumping it in a camp or in the inns, the eggs may require particular actions to be ridden of (for Goblin's it's having them properly fertilized, for Mermaid's — getting to the body of water when it's time, or wait longer). When it's time for them to hatch, you'll have an Encounter in the overworld.
  • Lust — you get it by being aroused by somebody, mostly in a battle. If it's high, it affects your stats. Also it makes arousal build up faster. So, make sure to help yourself with releasing some pressure. Rarely lust will open additional options in the encounters.
  • Erection — starting with Flaccid, it goes Semi-Erect - Erect - Full-Mast - Edging - Climax, then Erupt with filling arousal bar each time. In a battle you will also lose a lot of stamina from Erupting in somebody and get oozed for three turns. Erection level is kept when entering another battle. You need at least Erect if you want to use it.
  • Virginity — a character can be virgin in the three ways you can guess by now. Being chaste is required for some achievements. The anal virginity allows encountering a Unicorn instead of a Centaur. Certain types of virginity are going to be checked in the dialogues (only changing some phrases said, but sometimes giving scenes).

Effects

Every time your state starts affecting your performance, you get some effect applied, usually negative. If they're not invoked by your attributes, they'll be gone when some time passes. The higher is an effect count, the stronger it is, and probably the longer will be its duration.

  • Lewd Energy — a buff that raises your battling characteristics a bit. Applied when your characher receives a creamy gift. The enemies are affected, too.
  • Lusty — empty your balls, or you won't be fighting very good. The enemies will try doing the same.
  • Injured — low health, you lose some Strength, Agility and Endurance. Use the potions or spells to heal in battle, or inns/camp/resting outside.
  • Winded — you're low on stamina in battle. The Strength is decreased. Defend, preferably with the Second Wind, or at least rest for some turns.
  • Oozed — just climaxed and for the three turns can only rest.
  • Drunk — you will lose some of your Perception, Charisma, and Magic. The only way to sober is by resting.
  • Bleed — inflicted by a melee weapon. You slowly lose health. Can be healed with the Bandage. High Endurance allows ignoring bleeding if not serious.
  • ...other effects inflicted by magic spells or items.
