The stances are essential to combat. To get access to a certain Skill in battle you'll need to adopt a corresponding stance, and sometimes put an enemy into one. Particular actions change your stance, while enemies will force you into some positions if you didn't avoid them. In-Game description is given in italics.
Basic Stances[]
Most of other stances are accessed from them.
Balanced[]

A basic stance with a mix of offensive and defensive skills, used as a staging ground for more advanced stances.
You start from it, usually going into Offensive or Defensive from here, starting Incantation, or Seducing and topping an enemy.
Defensive[]

A basic stance with mostly defensive skills, used to reaffirm footing, block an opponents attack, or feel the opponent out before attacking.
Used for tanking, or recovering footing. You can go into Countering stance from it, or Kneel.
Offensive[]

A basic stance with mostly offensive skills, used to subdue, attack or unbalance the opponent.
Your basic offensive skills are there. Lacks ways of going defensive, but Blitz, Berserk, or Haymaker are accessed from there.
Advanced Stances[]
Very situational stances, so they're not available from start.
Blitz[]

An advanced stance with unstable skills designed to overwhelm the opponent with a frenzy of attacks.
Berserk[]

An advanced stance with skills focused on offense at the expense of defense, gathering strength and fury.
You can't stop offence before getting out of stamina, but damage is great.
Haymaker[]

An advanced stance, reeling back to deliver a powerful blow, or possible throw a feint.
Focus[]

An advanced stance used to center and focus yourself for the oncoming offensive.
Stonewall[]

An advanced stance focused entirely on defense to shut down an opponent's offensive momentum while weathering it.
Counter[]

A stance based on finding weaknesses in an opponent's offense to exploit, countering it.
Casting[]

A stance for incanting spells that require incantation.
Deep Casting[]

Seduction[]

Name is talking for itself. Stance is used for seducing an enemy, making them erect, mainly to top a player.
Grappling Stances[]
While grappling, you or your enemy can't exit the stance before one gets Advantage. Watch the indicator appearing on top of the screen, if it goes right — you're winning.
Full Nelson[]

A grappling stance used to hold an opponent from behind.
Advantageous. By gaining an upper hand you will have an option to go Wrestling; then to throw opponent or... gain unique arousing options.
Wrestling (Top)[]

A grappling stance from on top of the opponent on the ground.
Lying on the ground, so you'll end up in Supine if you release a foe. Another option is to go a little ”spelunking”.
Wrestling (Bottom)[]

A grappling stance from beneath the opponent on the ground, facing the ground.
You're out of options before you reverse it.
Makeout[]

Access by gaining maximum advantage in Full Nelson . To kiss them or make it clear you crave for something rock hard.
Wrapped[]

Snakes special. You fight for your life.
Positional Stances[]
Have no useful skills besides changing a stance again. Give your opponent additional options...
Kneeling[]

A positional stance - kneeling on the ground, to recuperate, in preparation of an upward attack, or to duck below a high attack.
Can be used to dodge flying enemies and arrows. You can surrender from there, or start giving Handy if enemy is ready. But they can outspeed you.
Prone[]

A positional stance, on the ground, face down. Uh-oh.
Very disadvantageous. You can get there if you trip, and risk your backdoor.
Supine[]

No advantage either. Easy to get face pounding.
Hands And Knees[]
A positional stance - being on all fours. What could possibly go wrong?
After lying Prone Bone you can adopt it. This position works seductively. You won't need it for anything besides getting some stuffing, after all...
Airborne[]

A positional stance - either jumping through or flying through the air.
Sexual Stances[]
You'll have only lewd options there. To give it to them, get it standing (two times fill the erection bar). To receive, similarly arouse ”another end”. Preferences of both characters in what they'll do to each other also depend on what they're aroused to.
Face Sitting[]
When they're Supine, plop them down from Balanced. This way you can arouse yourself to get them even deeper into you afterwards.
Doggy Style[]

Catch them in Hands and Knees, or change from other position, like Reverse Cowgirl.
Prone Bone[]

Catch them lying on their belly.
Missionary[]

Wrestle them or catch lying Supine.
Standing Anal[]

Full Nelson them until the end.
Handy[]

Outspeed them while Kneeling.
Cowgirl[]

Maybe they'll do it when you're Supine. Or you'll be able to change position.
Reverse Cowgirl[]

Fellatio[]

Catch them standing on knees.
Facefuck[]

Supine them.
Doggy Style (Receptive)[]

Prone Bone (Receptive)[]

Missionary (Receptive)[]

Standing Anal (Receptive)[]

A sexual stance, plugging an opponent from behind while you're both standing.
Though in this position you're plugged.
Giving Handy[]

Riding Cowgirl[]

Riding Reverse Cowgirl[]

Fellatio (Receptive)[]

A sexual stance. If you're in this stance, you're sucking a big D
Facefucked[]

Self Suck[]

Ouroboros[]
Sixty Nine[]
Some enemies, like Brigand, go for it.
Spread Eagle[]

Ogres do that.
Spread Eagle (Penetration)[]
Erupt[]

This character just spewed.
